Shipping and delivery
Thank you for shopping with OutFitT. This policy explains how we deliver your order, what it costs and what to expect.
Where we deliver We deliver to every district in Bangladesh. We currently do not ship outside Bangladesh.
Delivery time
- Inside Sylhet: 1 to 2 days
- Outside Sylhet: 3 to 4 days Delivery times are estimates and start once your order is confirmed and handed to the courier. They may be affected by courier delays, weather, holidays or other events outside our control.
Delivery charge
- Inside Sylhet: 80 BDT
- Outside Sylhet: 130 BDT
- Free delivery all over Bangladesh on orders of 2,000 BDT or more
Payment Cash on delivery is available all over Bangladesh. You pay the courier when you receive your order.
Order processing We process orders as soon as possible. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and address.
Address accuracy Please check your name, phone number and delivery address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct them.
Damaged, wrong or delayed orders Please check your order when you receive it. If an item is damaged or wrong, or if your order is delayed, contact us right away on WhatsApp or by email and we will help you.
Changes and cancellations To change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually change an order before it is handed to the courier, but not after.
